CCM© Gloves Get Radioactive™ For 2001 Montreal, Quebec, June 15, 2001... The CCM brand of The Hockey Company - a world leader in hockey equipment and related apparel - has unveiled the Radioactive™ Series of hockey gloves, featuring a hip and shiny patent leather look that reacts brilliantly to various degrees of light. Available in two models - Tacks 1052 and Tacks 452, the Radioactive™ Series also offers the highest level of comfort and performance that hockey players have come to associate with the CCM brand of hockey equipment. The Radioactive™ Series is headlined by the new Tacks 1052 Radioactive™ hockey gloves. Along with its stylish new look, the Tacks 1052 Radioactive™ gloves have been constructed with a thermoplastic cellular foam for optimum protection from slashing and checks, split fingers for increased hand/finger mobility and the TRI FLEX cuff for increased wrist mobility. CCM's Radioactive™ Series of hockey gloves are available in Electric Blue/Silver and Black/Silver colors. The Tacks 1052 Radioactive™ gloves are available in sizes 13" (33 cm) and 14" (35.5 cm), while the Tacks 452 Radioactive™ gloves are available in sizes 12" (30.5 cm), 13", 14" and 15" (38 cm).
