CCM© F-I-T- Machine™ The F-I-T-System Machine is an easy-to-use, fast and controlled, in-store customized skate fitting experience. The machine molds your hockey skates to take the shape of your foot using a thermo-forming process. Thermo-forming is a two-step process: THERMO-FORMING = HEAT + PRESSURE 1. THERMO = HEAT Currently available with conventional in-store skate ovens. 2. FORMING = PRESSURE CCM© pushed the limits of skate customization by introducing the innovative F-I-T-System Machine™. The F-I-T- Machine™ uses inflatable bladders to apply pressure on the player's feet for customized molding. |
