Shipping Policy

We make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get your CCM product sooner. Orders are fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are ready. Items may ship separately. All orders ship via FedEx.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States or Canada.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Note that we do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

When will I receive my order? +

CCM uses FedEx Ground and Express services on all shipments in Canada. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and an additional 1–7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been processed. For US shipping info, please visit our US website
